Hi y’all. My name is Rasmus Preston and this website is part of my honest attempt at committing myself to more adventures and authentic experiences. I want to bring you along and share it all on my YouTube channel and this blog.
There is so much about our world and society that doesn’t appeal to me or outright unsettles me. But the experiences I have mushing dogs on a frozen river, climbing mountains or hiking through vast wilderness are among the few things that can truly ground me in the present. It represents short bursts of happiness and fulfillment. By sharing it I hope to make those adventures last longer. Maybe it will inspire you and perhaps I will receive some inspiration in return.
I am a content creator, photographer and activist living in Copenhagen, Denmark. Formally trained in TV and media production with experience in NGO projects, investigative journalism and activist organizing. Besides that I love doggo memes and reading fantasy novels.
In time I hope to monetize parts of my content to make a living from the work I love the most. As an individual there is no escaping the economic realities of the world. We must all eat.
